Hyper-connected, time automated, and calendars synced, individuals pass through their days and wonder what they have accomplished in today’s distracted world. And the pace is accelerating – for all of us.
It does not have to be that way. But multi-tasking, working longer days, and packing a calendar are not the answer. To break free of this spiraling frustration, you must be intentional about how you invest time and energy.

The coaching process starts with a free, no-obligation, consultation to see what your needs are and whether I am the right person to help you address them. If you get the impression that I can add value to your efforts, and I feel like you will get a return on investment of your time and money, we agree to start working together.
Generally, once we get started, we schedule a regular time to meet in person or via videoconference. We will talk about challenges, brainstorm solutions, and identify action items – all at your pace. Then we track those action items and celebrate wins and make adjustments, as needed.
